Cayenta, a division of Harris, seeks an AI Operations Specialist to drive change across Cayenta Support by blending business analysis, customer insights, and AI tech. This remote-friendly role requires travel up to 25% and eligibility to travel internationally.

The successful candidate will design AI workflows, monitor performance, and enable scalable AI adoption across the organization. Join Cayenta to transform ticket resolution, enhance customer interactions, and improve employee efficiency

Qualifications

3+ years in customer support, business analysis, process improvement, or related role.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate customer needs into improvements.
Experience evaluating business processes and driving improvements from idea to implementation.
Experience with generative AI and AI-assisted tools.

Responsibilities

Drive transformation and continuous improvement by analyzing processes and pain points to improve satisfaction and efficiency.
Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to translate needs into AI improvements.
Identify opportunities to reduce effort and proactively improve the support experience.
Design, configure, test, deploy, and improve AI tools used by Cayenta employees and customers.
Coordinate AI initiatives across teams from discovery to measurement.
Partner with Product and R&D to ensure AI capabilities are ready for rollout.
