Cayenta is seeking an AI Operations Specialist to drive transformation by combining business analysis, customer insight, and emerging AI technologies within Cayenta Support. The role is remote for candidates in the US and Canada, with travel around 25% as needed and passport/visa readiness required.

As part of Harris, you will design and implement AI tools, monitor performance, and work with Product/R&D to ensure operational readiness before rollout.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer support, business analysis, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools and AI workflows.
• Ability to learn new AI platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

• Drive transformation by identifying pain points and inefficiencies in Support processes.
• Gather feedback from customers and teams to translate needs into AI improvements.
• Analyze ticket trends and metrics to reduce effort and accelerate resolution.
• Design, test, deploy, and continuously improve AI tools used by Cayenta staff and customers.
• Coordinate AI initiatives across teams from discovery through measurement.
