Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer support, business analysis, process improvement, technical support, or related role.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills to identify problems and propose solutions.
• Experience evaluating business processes and driving improvements from idea to implementation.
• Experience with generative AI and AI-assisted tools.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new AI platforms quickly.
• Customer-service mindset focused on improving customer and employee experience.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and project-management skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning, experimentation, documentation, and responsible AI use.

Responsibilities

• Drive support transformation and continuous improvement by evaluating processes and reducing pain points.
• Analyze feedback from customers and teams to translate needs into AI improvements.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve support efficiency and quality.
• Design, configure, test, deploy, and improve AI tools for Cayenta employees and customers.
• Coordinate AI initiatives across teams from discovery to measurement.
• Partner with Product and R&D to ensure new AI capabilities are rollout-ready.
• Develop training materials, knowledge articles, and best practices for support teams.
