Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer support or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience evaluating processes and driving improvements.
• Familiarity with generative AI and AI-assisted tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive transformation and continuous improvement by analyzing processes and pain points.
• Gather feedback from customers and teams to translate needs into AI enhancements.
• Analyze ticket trends and metrics to improve support and reduce effort.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and new technologies.
• Help design, test, deploy, and improve AI tools for Cayenta staff and customers.
