Job summary

Cayenta, a division of Harris, is seeking an AI Operations Specialist to drive transformation across Cayenta Support by blending business analysis, customer insight, and AI technologies. The role supports remote work across the US and Canada, with travel as needed.

The successful candidate will apply AI tools to improve ticket resolution, customer satisfaction, and employee effectiveness, while ensuring security and compliance. A passport and international travel readiness are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer support, business analysis, process improvement or related roles.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills to identify problems and propose solutions.
• Experience evaluating business processes and driving improvements from idea to implementation.
• Experience with generative AI or AI-assisted tools is a plus.
• Ability to learn new AI platforms and technologies quickly.

Responsibilities

• Drive Support transformation and continuous improvement by evaluating processes and identifying pain points to improve satisfaction and efficiency.
• Gather feedback from customers, Support teams, and stakeholders to translate needs into AI improvements.
• Analyze ticket trends and metrics to reduce customer effort and proactively improve the support experience.
• Identify high-value opportunities to apply AI, automation, and emerging tech to enhance processes and interactions.
• Develop prompts, workflows, knowledge sources, and documentation for AI solutions.
