Cayenta, a division of Harris, seeks an AI Operations Specialist to drive transformation across Cayenta Support by integrating business analysis, customer insight, and AI technologies. The role emphasizes evaluating processes, gathering feedback, and using AI to reduce effort and improve service.

You will work remotely in the US and Canada with travel as needed, collaborating with Product and R&D to ensure readiness and responsible AI adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer support, business analysis, or related role.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Experience with or knowledge of generative AI.
• Strong technical aptitude and quick learning of AI platforms.
• Customer-service mindset focused on improving experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive Support transformation and continuous improvement by evaluating current processes and identifying pain points.
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers, Support teams, leadership, and other stakeholders.
• Examine ticket trends and metrics to identify opportunities to reduce customer effort and improve experience.
• Identify high-value opportunities to use AI and automation to improve processes and interactions.
• Help design, configure, test, deploy, and improve AI tools used by Cayenta employees and customers.
• Serve as SME and escalation resource for AI-related tools within Cayenta applications.
• Monitor AI performance and impact, and recommend improvements.
• Develop training, knowledge articles, and best practices for Support teams.
• Coordinate AI and Support improvement initiatives across teams.
• Partner with Product and R&D to ensure AI capabilities are ready before rollout.
• Develop troubleshooting procedures and knowledge sources for AI usage.
