- Drive Support transformation by evaluating processes, identifying pain points, and recommending AI-enabled improvements
- Gather and analyze feedback from customers, Support teams, and leadership to define needs and translate into actions
- Identify AI opportunities to reduce repetitive work and accelerate issue resolution; design and deploy AI tools
