Cayenta, a division of Harris, seeks an AI Operations Specialist to drive transformation across Cayenta Support by combining business analysis, customer insights, and emerging AI technologies.

The role is remote for candidates in the US or Canada, with travel up to 25% as needed. You will design and deploy AI tools, analyze trends, and partner with Product and R&D to ensure scalable AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support, business analysis, process improvement, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills to identify problems and craft solutions.
• Experience evaluating business processes and driving improvements from idea to implementation.
• Experience with generative AI and AI-assisted tools.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new AI platforms quickly.
• Customer-service mindset focused on improving customer and employee experience.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and PM skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning, experimentation, documentation, and responsible AI use.

Responsibilities

• Drive transformation and continuous improvement by assessing processes, identifying pain points, and recommending AI-enabled solutions.
• Gather feedback from customers, support teams, and leadership to translate needs into actionable AI improvements.
• Analyze ticket trends and metrics to reduce customer effort and enhance support experience.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities to accelerate resolution and improve interaction quality.
• Help design, test, deploy, and improve AI tools used by Cayenta employees and customers.
• Serve as SME and escalation resource for AI tools and Cayenta applications.
• Monitor AI performance, adoption, and impact; propose improvements.
• Develop prompts, workflows, knowledge sources, tests, and documentation for AI solutions.
• Coordinate AI initiatives across teams from discovery to adoption and measurement.
• Partner with Product and R&D to ensure new AI capabilities are ready for rollout.
