• Strong analytical and investigative skills to identify problems and propose solutions.

Responsabilités

• Drive transformation and continuous improvement to improve ticket resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to translate into AI improvements.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to streamline Support processes.
• Design, test, deploy, and improve AI tools used by Cayenta employees and customers.
• Coordinate AI initiatives across teams from discovery through adoption and measurement.
• Develop prompts, workflows, knowledge sources, and training materials for AI solutions.
