Cayenta, a division of Harris, is seeking an AI Operations Specialist who will play a key role in driving change and continuous improvement across Cayenta Support by combining business analysis, customer insight, and emerging AI technologies.

Remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in Canada and the US. Travel is required up to 25%. You will design, test, deploy, and continuously improve AI tools while partnering with Product and R&D to scale an AI-driven support function.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer support, business analysis, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with ability to translate needs into actions.
• Experience evaluating processes and driving improvements from idea to implementation.
• Experience with generative AI and AI-assisted tools, and quickly learning new AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive transformation and continuous improvement by identifying pain points and recommending AI-enabled solutions.
• Analyze feedback from customers and teams to translate needs into AI, process, and technology changes.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to reduce repetitive work and accelerate resolution.
• Develop prompts, workflows, knowledge sources, and testing scenarios for AI tools.
