Cayenta, a division of Harris, is seeking an AI Operations Specialist to drive transformation and continuous improvements across Cayenta Support by blending business analysis, customer insight, and AI technologies.
The role is remote across the US and Canada, with travel around 25% for collaboration and execution. Candidates must be eligible to travel internationally and possess a valid passport.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer support or related role.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills to identify problems and solutions.
- Experience evaluating business processes and driving improvements from idea to implementation.
- Experience with generative AI and AI-assisted tools.
Responsibilities
- Drive Support transformation and continuous improvement by evaluating processes, identifying pain points, and recommending solutions to improve customer satisfaction and ticket resolution.
- Gather and analyze feedback from customers, Support teams, leadership, and stakeholders to translate needs into actionable AI improvements.
- Analyze ticket trends and support metrics to identify opportunities to reduce customer effort and proactively improve the experience.
- Identify high-value opportunities to use AI, automation, and emerging tech to improve Support processes and interactions.
