Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Model risk management related practices, risk, and audit.

Responsibilities

• Promote AI governance policies and responsible AI practices across the enterprise.
• Maintain inventory of models with ownership, risk ratings, and metadata.
• Assess model risk based on complexity, regulatory requirements, and business impact.
• Implement and maintain Model Risk Management frameworks, controls, and procedures.
• Monitor model performance, governance controls, KRIs, and policy compliance.
• Support model validation and testing activities with scope and findings.
• Participate in AI Model Governance oversight activities including audits and reviews.
• Develop reporting and executive insights on AI governance and risks.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Risk, auditors, and external suppliers on governance docs.
• Incorporate evolving regulatory expectations into governance practices.
• Find opportunities to automate and streamline AI governance processes.
• Evaluate governance processes and tools and recommend improvements.
