Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is actively hiring a Model Risk Advisor – Remote to strengthen AI governance, model risk management, and regulatory compliance across the enterprise. Qualifications

• 4+ years in Model risk management, risk and audit.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/DS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring, auditing principles, and AI governance standards.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience deploying AI governance programs at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Promote AI governance policies, standards, and responsible AI practices enterprise-wide.
• Inventory models with ownership, risk ratings, and metadata requirements.
• Assess risk by complexity, regulation, and business impact, identify emerging risks.
• Maintain Model Risk Management frameworks, controls, and procedures with teams.
• Monitor performance, controls, KRIs, and policy adherence; raise issues.
• Support model validation, document findings, and communicate recommendations.
• Participate in audits, governance reviews, and risk assessments.
• Develop reporting and executive insights on governance, risk, and controls.
• Collaborate with risk, auditors, and external suppliers to maintain documentation.
