Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in model risk management, risk, and audit.
• Experience with AI governance, model risk programs, and compliance monitoring.
• Ability to communicate technical topics to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Promote governance practices and maintain AI policies and standards.
• Identify gaps and provide actionable insights to close compliance gaps.
• Develop reporting and executive-level insights on AI governance and model risk.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Risk, auditors, and internal teams on controls and documentation.
• Monitor regulatory expectations related to AI and model risk.
