Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Model Risk Advisor to promote governance practices and manage AI policies across the enterprise. The role focuses on inventorying AI models, assessing risk, and ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations.

You will engage with the AI community, partner with risk and audit teams, and develop leadership-level insights on governance performance and risk areas. Remote work within the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Model risk management, governance, or related auditing roles.
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring and/auditing principles.
• Ability to communicate technical and business information clearly across teams.
• Experience deploying AI governance programs at scale across a large enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Promote governance practices and AI policy adoption.
• Maintain inventory of AI/ML/GenAI models with ownership and risk ratings.
• Assess model risk by complexity, regulatory needs, and usage.
• Monitor governance controls, KRIs and policy compliance.
• Support model validation and communicate recommendations to teams.
• Develop reporting and executive insights on AI governance and risks.
