Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear, written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining your reasoning clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then rank naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated image and video pairs and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flicker, or audio-video misalignment.
• Rate outputs on adherence, quality, and realism; provide a written explanation in English.
