Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

We offer flexible hours with weekly payments and access to leading language models. You’ll evaluate outputs, rate quality, and provide written explanations to help improve AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication and comfortable with natural everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and useful each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or mis-matched audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English.
