Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Counsel, AI & Legal Technology to serve as a senior legal advisor on AI, product development, and legal tech. You will influence policy, draft agreements, and guide business teams through regulatory challenges.

You'll partner with Engineering, Product, and Marketing to shape go-to-market strategies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliant product innovations. JD from a U.S. law school and bar admission required; US practice preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of AI regulatory landscape (US/intl).
• Experience with technology transactions and licensing.
• Familiarity with marketing law and FTC/state laws.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead legal advisor for enterprise AI, product development, marketing and legal technology.
• Provide strategic legal guidance on commercial, operational and strategic issues to internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate terms with vendors, OSS providers, partners, and support go-to-market collaborations.
