Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr. Manager, AI Lead - Semantic Layer to own the vision and roadmap for enterprise semantic data products.

You will partner with IT, data, and business leaders to define ontologies, data models, and governance that enable AI, analytics, and automated decisioning across the organization. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of product management experience, incl. data or data platform products.
• 3+ years leading teams or enterprise programs.
• Proven track record owning products end-to-end (strategy, roadmap, delivery).
• Experience with ontologies, semantic data models, or knowledge graphs.
• Hands-on with enterprise data systems and data integration.
• Able to translate business concepts into structured data models with technical partners.
• Strong understanding of data ecosystems, governance and connectivity.
• Experience enabling AI/ML or analytics via well-structured data.
• Experience leading or mentoring product managers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for semantic data.
• Partner with business and IT leaders to connect and standardize data.
• Position semantic data as a product with customers and outcomes.
• Define value proposition aligned to business priorities.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Define requirements, success metrics, and release plans.
