Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) seeks an Sr. Manager, AI Lead - Semantic Layer to own the vision and roadmap for enterprise semantic data. You will define standards, ontologies, and data models, aligning business needs with technical execution across domains.

You will mentor product managers, partner with IT and business leaders, and drive measurable value through AI-enabled data products, governance, and scalable data connectivity in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of product management experience, with data or data platform products
3+ years leading teams or enterprise-wide programs

Responsibilities

Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise semantic data and data connectivity across domains
Lead ontology, taxonomy, and data model development for key business concepts
Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration
Partner with data engineering, EA, and AI/ML teams to implement scalable solutions
Drive adoption and measure impact of semantic data assets across the enterprise
