Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr. Manager, AI Lead who will own the semantic data product and its enterprise-wide impact. Based in a remote-friendly US setting, you will define the strategy, roadmap, and governance for semantic layer and data connectivity across business domains.

You will mentor a team of product managers, collaborate with IT, data, and business partners, and ensure measurable value through improved decision-making, automation, and AI-enabled experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, incl. data/platform products.
• Experience leading teams or large programs.
• Own products end-to-end from strategy to delivery.
• Proven ability to translate business concepts into data models.
• Experience with ontologies, semantic data models, or knowledge graphs.
• Experience with enterprise data systems and data integration.
• Strong understanding of data ecosystems and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise semantic data.
• Partner with business and IT leaders to connect and standardize data.
• Define product requirements, success metrics, and releases.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to iteration.
• Ensure data definitions are shared and governed across domains.
• Mentor product managers and grow the team.
