Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Sr. Manager, AI Lead - Semantic Layer for a remote role available across the United States. You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise semantic data, connecting data concepts to AI-driven experiences.

You will mentor product managers and partner with IT, business, and data leaders to deliver a scalable semantic foundation. You will drive data governance, ontologies, and data models, enabling search, analytics, automation, and generative AI use

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including data/dataplatf orm products.
• Experience leading teams or programs across enterprise data initiatives.
• Experience with ontologies, semantic data models, or knowledge graphs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for semantic data products.
• Define requirements, success metrics, and release plans.
• Drive adoption and measure impact of semantic data capabilities.
• Collaborate with data engineering, EA, and AI/ML teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Evangelize value of connected semantic data across the organization.
