Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Sr. Manager, AI Lead - Semantic Layer to lead semantic data products and enterprise data strategy remotely in the United States.

You will define vision, roadmaps, and governance for data concepts, ontologies, and reusable data assets, partnering with IT, business, and data teams to enable AI and analytics at scale. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, including data or data platform products.
• 3+ years leading teams, enterprise-wide programs, or large multi-functional programs.
• Own products end-to-end with strategy, roadmap, delivery, and performance measurement.
• Experience with ontologies, semantic data models, or knowledge graphs.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise data systems and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise semantic data and data connectivity.
• Identify high-value opportunities to connect and standardize data across systems.
• Position the semantic data product as a product with customers, outcomes, adoption goals, and success metrics.
• Lead development of ontologies, taxonomies, and data models for key business concepts.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Define product requirements, success metrics, and release plans.
• Drive adoption of shared data assets across business units.
• Promote data governance standards and data quality.
