Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring a Sr. Manager, AI Lead - Semantic Layer for a remote role in the United States.

You will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise semantic data and data connectivity across business domains, partnering with IT and business leaders to standardize data and drive adoption of data assets. The role requires leading teams, owning end-to-end product delivery, and ensuring data definitions are aligned across domains.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including data or data platform products.
• Experience leading teams or cross-functional programs for enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Ability to translate business concepts into structured data models and data-driven products.
• Strong understanding of data ecosystems and governance for enterprise data assets.
• Experience enabling AI/ML or analytics use cases through well-structured data.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for the semantic data product, from discovery to delivery.
• Define strategy, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Lead ontologies and data models representing key business concepts and relationships.
• Collaborate with data eng, EA, and AI/ML teams to implement scalable data solutions.
• Drive adoption and measure impact of data assets across business units.
