Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Sr. Manager, AI Lead - Semantic Layer for a remote-first role across the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

You will own strategy, roadmap, and adoption of enterprise semantic data products, partnering with IT, business, and data leadership to connect data, concepts, and AI-driven experiences. You will mentor product managers, drive value through measurable outcomes, and ensure governance across semantic capabilities to support search, analytics,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related field.
• 10+ years in product management, incl. data/platform products.
• Experience leading teams or large programs (3+ years).
• End-to-end ownership of products: strategy, roadmap, delivery, performance.
• Experience with ontologies, semantic data models, or knowledge graphs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Define requirements, success metrics, and release plans.
• Refine semantic data product based on user feedback and business needs.
• Define metrics to measure adoption, usability, impact.
• Supervise usage and improve accessibility and value delivery.
