Job summary

Bloomreach publishes an ambitious AI-driven SDR program, operating across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. You will set direction, drive pipeline metrics, and ensure ROI while coordinating with SDR teams, platform ops, and leadership.

The role blends product ai tooling with demand-gen leadership in a remote-first, hub-supported environment. You will own enrollment logic, optimize handovers between agents and humans, and report on cost per meeting and pipeline outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience owning demand-gen or GTM programs with measurable outcomes.
• Experience running AI workflows in production and directing automation.
• Ability to build and explain a live ROI dashboard.
• Ability to diagnose team problems and fix root causes.
• Users are SDRs, AEs, and their leaders; strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI SDR program end-to-end across AMER, EMEA, APAC.
• Define direction, drive results, and report ROI to leadership.
• Collaborate with SDR teams and leaders to fix process gaps.
• Own the line between human and agent work and optimize handovers.
• Develop signal-driven enrollment and continuous enrollment logic.
• Deliver automated program reporting and attribution.
