Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced leader to build AI-enabled Sales Development workflows. You will integrate AI into our go-to-market engine and help automate global tax compliance by blending human and AI efforts.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives, the role focuses on governance, performance reviews, and scalable processes across CRM and engagement tools, with remote work from North Carolina.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in sales development or related GTM leadership.
• Experience with AI tools and workflow automation.
• Proven ability to manage KPI-driven programs and reporting.
• Experience with CRM and sales engagement systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead buildout of AI-driven Sales Development workflows and AI agents.
• Define human-owned, AI-owned, or hybrid processes.
• Run recurring performance reviews of AI agents for accuracy and impact.
• Establish escalation rules for AI-to-human handoffs.
• Implement AI governance and QA standards.
• Automate weekly leadership roll-up reports and identify trends.
