Job summary

Runway is building an AI-powered world simulator with a global team and offices in NYC, San Francisco, and Seattle. We seek a Business Development Representative to drive outbound scoring and pipeline for Enterprise and Mid Market accounts, partnering with AE teams and refining messaging for creative, marketing, and tech organizations.

You will own prospecting, sequencing tests, and feedback loops to shape positioning and go-to-market playbooks as the team scales.

• Curiosity about AI and new technologies adoption.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM Sales to research and prioritize target accounts.
• Identify and engage stakeholders across creative, marketing, and tech teams.
• Develop outbound campaigns across email, phone, and other channels.
• Craft personalized messaging for brand-driven and technical organizations.
• Generate qualified pipeline and schedule meetings for Enterprise/Mid Market reps.
• Experiment with messaging and targeting to improve engagement.
• Keep clear CRM notes to support account strategy.
• Share feedback to inform positioning and GTM strategy.
• Over time, manage and close select SMB or smaller expansion opportunities.
