Qualifications

• Experience in new business development and pipeline building.
• Ability to engage C-suite and senior technology leaders.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot for pipeline hygiene.

Responsibilities

• New business development — drive net-new opportunities with high-quality pipeline.
• Prospecting strategy — targeted outreach and strategic relationships for new logos.
• Executive relationship building — engage C-suite and tech leaders to translate tech into business value.
• Sales process ownership — manage opportunities end-to-end and provide forecasting.
• Cross-functional partnership — collaborate on solution design, pricing, negotiation and future pipelines.
• Variable Commission: 1.5x - 2x annual base.
• Uncapped commission structure.
• Projected Year One on-target earnings: $250K–$300K.
• Projected Year Two on-target earnings: $350K–$400K+.
