Job summary

Trilagen is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive net-new enterprise business development for Agentic AI services and solutions. This is a pure hunting role where credibility is earned through performance, not brand.

You will own the territory, open doors, and close deals with CIOs, CISOs, and business leaders. We expect you to build pipeline from scratch, thrive without an SDR or inbound engine, and consistently exceed quota.

• Proven ability to build territory from scratch and open doors into enterprise accounts.
• Strong executive presence and exceptional communication with C-suite buyers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with accountability for territory and results.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close— from first outreach to signed SOW.
• Generate and manage your own pipeline through outbound activity, networking, referrals, events, and strategic outreach.
• Target enterprise and upper mid-market organizations undergoing AI transformation, engaging CIOs, CISOs, CTOs and business leaders.
• Sell across Trilagen practices and create opportunities where none exist.
