Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in AI governance design and implementation.
• Hands-on with ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) or IRM.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, controls, attestation, residual risk, and exception processes.
• Ability to translate governance requirements into practical, executable processes.

Responsabilités

• Design and own the end-to-end AI governance lifecycle from use-case intake to retirement.
• Define AI risk assessment methodology and controls including attestation and exception management.
• Establish governance roles, responsibilities, and operating model across business, risk, legal, and technology.
• Set clear managed-state criteria for governed and compliant AI use cases.
• Drive adoption by translating governance requirements into actionable processes for stakeholders.
