Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Set high bar for talent, mentorship, and AI-first judgment.
• Staff engagements and resource allocation across business lines.
• Own delivery across four core teams and platform roadmaps.
• Review architectures and ship production-ready, secure systems.
• Define OKRs and establish operating cadences with leadership.
