Samsara is seeking an embedded AI Engineer in Customer Success to design, build, test, deploy, and maintain agentic AI solutions that power our customer-facing platforms. You will own the full lifecycle—from prompts to production—with a focus on reliability and measurable customer outcomes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, integrate with Salesforce and Samsara’s platform, and continuously evolve agents as product capabilities and real-world data change the landscape.

Responsabilités

• Design agent architectures and write prompts for production use.
• Write and maintain Python code for agent integration.
• Define success metrics and evaluation framework for first agent roadmap.
• Ship production agentic solutions that improve customer outcomes and retention.
• Monitor agent performance, latency, accuracy, and drift in production.
