Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Commercial Customer Success professional to design and operate digital agent solutions for our US-based customers. You will build, test, and deploy LLM-powered agents, write Python code, and integrate with CRMs and APIs to drive value and reduce churn.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a B2B SaaS setting, experience with customer data health signals, and a collaborative mindset to align across teams while delivering scalable, high-impact outcomes in a remote-first

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and maintaining production LLM-based agents or automations.
• Ability to code rapidly with Python proficiency and integrate with external systems (CRMs, APIs).
• Experience using product usage data to spot risk and opportunities and act on it.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer pain points and opportunities with analytical mindset and customer-centric lens.
• Build digital CS playbooks, agent architectures, prompts, and integrations; write clean Python code.
• Test success criteria, build automated tests, and deploy/maintain production agents.
