Samsara is seeking an embedded AI Engineer in Customer Success to design, build, test, deploy, and maintain agentic AI solutions that power our platform-driven customer engagements. You’ll own the full lifecycle from prompts to production, iterating as playbooks evolve and new features ship.

The role emphasizes production-quality Python code, integration with Salesforce and the Samsara platform, and a strong bias toward helping customers realize value quickly while mitigating risk.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience building and maintaining production LLM-based agents or automations.
• Strong Python proficiency and ability to connect AI to external systems (CRMs, APIs, customer data, and operational tools).
• Ability to define success criteria and eval frameworks before coding; build automated test suites.
