Job summary

Samsara is hiring a Digital Customer Success Manager, AI & Automation, to design, test, deploy, and maintain agentic systems for a digital-first post-sales strategy.

You’ll write code, run experiments, and optimize customer journeys while collaborating across teams to deliver measurable value and reduce churn. This remote role supports customers across the US, excluding certain metros.

Qualifications

• Experience designing automation for customer success workflows.
• Ability to build, test, and iterate automated agent systems.
• Strong analytical mindset to identify pain points in customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer pain points and opportunities with a customer-centric lens.
• Build digital CS playbooks, design agent architectures, write prompts, integrate with external systems, and maintain code.
• Test criteria, run automated test suites, and ensure production-ready deployments.
• Deploy agents with versioning, rollback plans, and simplicity for customers.
• Monitor agent performance and detect drift to improve outcomes.
• Maintain and iterate agents as products evolve and processes change.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles in a growing global team.
