Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking an AI Engineer for Portless to design, build and deploy intelligent systems that optimise supply‑chain operations at scale in a fully remote North America role.

You will work with LLMs, computer vision and predictive analytics, own the full ML lifecycle from data and training to evaluation and deployment, and collaborate with product and engineering to ship AI‑powered features.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of AI/ML engineering experience.
• Strong Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience deploying models to production.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI/ML models for logistics and e-commerce use cases.
• Work with LLMs, computer vision and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ship AI-powered features.
• Own the full ML lifecycle: data, training, evaluation, deployment.
• Monitor and improve model performance in production.
