Portless is seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems that automate supply-chain operations at scale. This fully remote role offers a competitive salary and a chance to shape AI in a fast-growing space.

Responsibilities include building AI/ML models for logistics, working with LLMs and CV, and owning the full ML lifecycle from data to deployment. Must have 4+ years in AI/ML and be US-authorised to work, with no sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of AI/ML engineering experience.
• Strong Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience deploying models to production.
• Must be authorised to work in the US (no sponsorship).
• Nice-to-have: LLM fine-tuning and RAG experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI/ML models for logistics and e-commerce use cases.
• Work with LLMs, computer vision and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ship AI-powered features.
• Own the full ML lifecycle: data, training, evaluation, deployment.
• Monitor and improve model performance in production.
