Portless is transforming e-commerce logistics with AI. We are looking for an AI Engineer to design, build and deploy intelligent systems that automate and optimise supply-chain operations at scale.

This full‑time, remote role in North America offers a salary range of $180,000–$230,000 with ~6h overlap with ET. You will own the ML lifecycle and work with LLMs, CV and predictive analytics to ship AI-powered features.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of AI/ML engineering experience.
• Strong Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience deploying models to production.
• Must be authorised to work in the US (no sponsorship).
• Canada/Mexico candidates only if they already hold US work authorisation.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI/ML models for logistics and e-commerce use cases.
• Work with LLMs, computer vision and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ship AI-powered features.
• Own the full ML lifecycle: data, training, evaluation, deployment.
• Monitor and improve model performance in production.
