Job summary

GitLab is seeking an AI Transformation Owner to lead end-to-end AI enablement for the field organization, translating emerging AI capabilities into concrete enablement roadmaps, field use cases, and org-level strategy. You will partner with product and engineering to pilot and scale AI solutions, embedding AI into day-to-day workflows.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in enablement, sales operations, or a related GTM function.
• Direct experience evaluating, piloting, or deploying AI tools in a business context with technical understanding.
• Proven ability to work closely with product and engineering to translate field needs into requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own AI Enablement Roadmap and continuously evolve initiatives.
• Identify, scope, and execute high-value AI use cases for the field.
• Build relationships with field champions to drive adoption and measure impact.
• Design and drive the ops transformation plan to scale AI pilots into repeatable processes.
• Influence governance standards for AI tool adoption and ensure compliance.
