GitLab is seeking an AI Transformation Owner to shape AI strategy and deliver scalable solutions across the organization. You’ll partner with an Executive Sponsor to drive measurable impact while coordinating with an Enterprise AI team to prototype, configure, and scale no-code/low-code AI agents.

You will own strategy, prioritize high-impact work, and lead adoption efforts. This role emphasizes product-minded thinking, collaboration across functions, and building a broad AI-enabled operating
