Job summary

GitLab is seeking an AI Transformation Owner to shape the function's AI strategy, identify opportunities, and drive measurable outcomes across the organization. You will collaborate with an AI Engineer, manage intake and champions, and prototype solutions using no-code and low-code platforms.

Lead a product-like approach to how work flows, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring adoption and ongoing improvements across teams, with a focus on delivering scalable AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own your function's AI strategy and prioritization aligned with executive sponsor.
• Map end-to-end workflows and identify 100x improvement opportunities via AI.
• Manage AI requests and champion network to surface needs without siloed work.
• Partner with AI Engineer to build no-code/low-code solutions and prototypes.
