Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years as Project Manager, managing a project timeline, resources, and scope to meet business requirements.
• Experience in SaaS / EdTech environment preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project plan for rolling out enterprise AI tool across business and technology teams.
• Manage a portfolio of AI enablement projects from intake through delivery.
• Coordinate with IT, security, legal, and vendor teams on licensing, access, and compliance.
• Track usage, adoption, ROI, and feedback; translate into next steps.
• Partner with Solution Engineers to design AI solutions and guide business users.
