Job summary

McGraw Hill seeks a Sr Technical Project Manager - AI Enablement to lead a company-wide rollout of our Enterprise AI tool and manage AI enablement initiatives for business and technology users. This remote role requires hands-on execution, from planning to adoption tracking, across IT, security, and vendor teams in the United States.

The role emphasizes owning the end-to-end plan, managing risks, and driving adoption while collaborating with Solution Engineers to deliver practical AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional or tool rollout projects.
• PM certification (PMP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end project plan for enterprise AI rollout across business and tech teams.
• Coordinate licensing, access, and compliance with IT and security.
• Draft rollout plans, training materials, and tracking sheets; run training sessions.
• Partner with Solution Engineers to design AI-enabled solutions for workflows.
