Job summary

Advanced Tech Placement is seeking a hands-on AI Enablement Lead to translate AI potential into shipped workflows. You will work closely with operations, marketing, sales, finance, and engineering to identify repetitive tasks and rebuild them around AI.

You will run office hours, design prompts and agents, and maintain a living library of tools and best practices. This role requires comfort with scripting and a practical, action-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional hands-on experience in engineering, operations, analytics, product, or related fields.
• Experience with Claude and Cursor in practical workflows and deployments.
• Ability to script (Python/JavaScript) and read code to modify tooling.
• Strong prompt engineering instincts and reliability in outputs from frontier models.
• Proven track record building workflows that combine LLMs with APIs, docs, or internal tools.
• Able to teach and guide teams; action-oriented and collaborative.
• Comfort collaborating with security, legal, and IT for guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI workflows by partnering with teams across operations, marketing, sales, finance, support, and engineering.
• Run office hours, pair sessions, lunch-and-learns, and Slack-based support as the in-house AI expert.
• Create prompts, projects, skills, and agents; maintain a library of reusable prompts and tools.
• Track the landscape of new model releases, tool updates, and techniques.
• Measure adoption, time saved, and quality improvements in concrete terms.
• Develop lightweight training and docs to raise AI fluency across the org.
• Collaborate with security, legal, and IT to keep guardrails practical and safe.
