You will align roles, tools, and workflows with business needs, building practical resources and measuring progress with behavior-based indicators rather than vanity metrics. Remote, US-based engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workforce transformation or talent change execution.
• Proven ability to drive real behavior change, not just training.
• Experience with HR/Talent systems (role design, skills, learning, performance).
• Strong judgment, autonomy, and ability to thrive in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Shape the workforce enablement approach for AI-driven workflow and role changes.
• Design and facilitate enablement programs that drive genuine adoption.
• Equip managers to lead teams through transition, including readiness and support.
• Translate redesigned workflows into clear role expectations and enablement plans.
• Build practical toolkits, learning experiences, and manager resources.
• Advise across Talent, HR, and AI teams to ensure enablement lands.
• Measure progress with leading indicators such as behavior change and readiness.
• Refine the approach based on real signals from employees and managers.
