Job summary

Napster is seeking a remoteForward Deployed Engineer to empower a global Commercial Enablement team. You will build demos and enablement tools, turning ideas into prototypes and production deployments, while shaping automation layers across partnerships.

You will collaborate with Commercial Enablement and Partner Experience to scale sellers and partners, using external AI tools and Napster platform solutions. This role emphasizes practical, reusable solutions and scalable impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Experience building AI-enabled workflows and agentic apps.
• Ability to explain model choices, tools, and data handling.
• Strong collaboration across product, eng, and enablement teams.

Responsibilities

• Build reusable demos and use cases that showcase Napster’s AI capabilities.
• Create evaluation environments and hands-on build experiences.
• Engineer agent-led enablement tools and portals for partners.
• Develop and deliver practical AI-building programs and workshops.
• Adapt experiences for varying technical levels and partners.
• Build reusable technical components, integrations, and MCP patterns.
• Enable Napster Innovation Hub experiences and events.
• Support partner prototypes and reference deployments.
• Ensure quality, data safety, and responsible use in every experience.
• Drive adoption, collect feedback, and inform Product/Engineering decisions.
