Job summary

Mode.Inc is hiring a UA Campaigns Manager to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic DSPs. You will manage pacing, spend efficiency, KPIs, and contribute to ASO strategy and store listings, working with creative teams to test ad concepts.

You will analyze performance to uncover actionable insights and identify new growth channels, while collaborating with teams across a remote-first, globally distributed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.
• 1–4 years of hands-on experience buying mobile app ads with seven-figure monthly budgets.
• Strong understanding of App Store Optimization (ASO).
• Proven ability to scale UA efficiently in a mobile-first environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
• Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, and Singular.
• AI-native mindset with ability to build AI-driven workflows.
• Experience with MMPs and performance marketing attribution.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize UA campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Programmatic DSPs.
• Manage pacing, spend efficiency, and KPI performance for the utility app suite.
• Own and inform ASO strategy including keyword strategy and store listing optimization.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test ad concepts.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance to uncover actionable insights.
• Identify and test new growth channels and networks.
