Owner is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to take Meta and TikTok user acquisition to the next level. This fully remote role requires hands-on management of large paid social budgets, data-driven decision making, and AI-enabled workflows.

You will work cross-functionally with Analytics, Creative, Engineering, and Sales to accelerate growth across the business. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in paid social, a track record of scaling efficiency, and strong creative judgment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing multi-million dollar budgets.
• Proven track record of maintaining efficiency while scaling paid social spend.
• Strong creative instincts and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Experience using AI to improve marketing workflows, reporting, and automation.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Own and scale paid social acquisition for Meta and TikTok campaigns.
• Own full-funnel performance measurement and optimization.
• Manage budget allocation across channels, campaigns, and products.
• Build a rigorous experimentation roadmap with structured tests.
• Lead creative strategy and testing with the Creative team.
• Identify new growth opportunities and emerging ad formats.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Marketing Ops, Creative, Engineering, and Sales teams to improve tracking and conversions.
• Build AI-powered workflows to speed up testing and campaign management.
• Create automated, scalable performance reporting across the business.
