Owner.com is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to elevate Meta and TikTok acquisition. This remote role welcomes candidates in the U.S. and Canada and demands hands-on paid social expertise, AI fluency, and data-driven judgment to scale campaigns, optimize budgets, and drive revenue growth across channels.

You’ll partner with Analytics, Creative, Engineering, and Sales to build AI-powered workflows, run rigorous tests, and report insights that inform strategy and ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing $MM budgets on Meta and TikTok.
• Proven ability to scale paid social spend efficiently.
• Strong creative instincts and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Own and scale paid social acquisition on Meta and TikTok.
• Own full-funnel performance and optimize CAC and revenue outcomes.
• Manage paid social budget allocation across channels and campaigns.
• Build a rigorous experimentation roadmap for audiences and creatives.
• Lead creative strategy and testing with Creative teams.
• Identify new growth opportunities and trends on platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Marketing Ops, Creative, Engineering, and Sales.
• Build AI-powered workflows to speed up testing and optimization.
• Create scalable performance reporting for the business.
